The Ask

Pashudh came to us with a simple but powerful goal: elevate their online presence to reflect their refined identity, expand global reach, and build a shopping experience as elegant as their sarees.   • We transitioned Pashudh from WooCommerce to Shopify with LitExtension—preserving historical data, cleaning up catalog inconsistencies, and enabling smoother backend operations.

  • We moved the brand to a more modern and flexible Shopify theme, giving us better control over layout, visuals, and storytelling. The new theme significantly improved speed, mobile experience, and product discoverability.

  • We performed a full-scale catalog audit and reorganisation—standardising tags, refining filters, and improving product descriptions. Seasonal updates and new launches were handled with precise coordination to keep the store fresh and optimised.

  • We brought the Pashudh shopping experience closer to the customer with Gallabox, enabling real-time chat support, order tracking, and product discovery through WhatsApp.

  • To drive retention, we implemented a loyalty program with Smile.io, allowing customers to earn points, unlock rewards, and refer friends.

  • Trademark support for logo protection and brand assets.
